WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump was brought to the Walter Reed Military Hospital in Maryland, on Friday, with “mild symptoms,” less than 24 hours after testing positive for COVID-19.
A White House helicopter was seen taking off from the hospital grounds, after having transported Trump. The White House said the decision to transport him to the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center was made “as a precaution,” before adding that he felt “fatigued but in good spirits.”
