Man dangling from a rope off Trump Tower in Chicago; demands to speak with President Trump

(VNN) — A man hanging for hours off the 16th floor of Trump Tower in Chicago Sunday evening, threatening to kill himself unless President Trump agreed to speak with him. Police and SWAT teams negotiated with the man late into Sunday night, but he was adamant and threatened to cut the rope he was hanging from if his demands weren’t met.

Man is down & safe, police tell us. It comes after more than 13 hours.
